Program One
Sports have always had the power to inspire, but at Aloha 1st Athletics, they are more than games. Our Sports Programs are a pathway of holistic development and healing, where athletics become the training ground for life.
Through sports we nurture and develop the whole person — shaping identity, building resilience, and restoring confidence while raising leaders who carry Aloha into everything they do.
The Sports Programs reflect the very heart of A1A's mission. For many youth, a team is more than just a place to play — it is a refuge, a family, and sometimes the first place they feel seen and valued.
Every level is designed not only to develop players, but to discover and strengthen identity, instill resilience, and transform lives. Just like our PG Academy is Rated for Greatness, A1A Sports Programs ensure that each athlete discovers their worth, strengthens their character, and finds healing through the power of sports.
Program Two
By weaving literacy, focus, and problem-solving into movement and community, the program strengthens early learning and school readiness without a classroom model.
Structured fitness becomes a safe outlet for energy and stress, helping keiki build resilience and reducing risks of depression and disengagement.
Take-home practices such as gratitude, reflection, and daily wellness routines equip parents to create healthier and more secure environments.
Keiki are guided to see themselves through God's light, discovering identity, value, and purpose while connecting to cultural pride and family strength.
Program Three
PG Academy is the educational platform of Aloha 1st Athletics. It provides schools, churches, and community organizations with curriculum and programs that teach leadership, mentorship, identity, and life skills.
Currently being piloted at Honouliuli Middle School, PG Academy focuses on students who need guidance, motivation, and direction. Many of these youth carry the invisible weight of childhood trauma, which impacts their behavior, academics, and relationships.
PG Academy addresses these realities by equipping students with the tools to heal, grow, and thrive.
Helping youth understand who they are and where they're going.
Building strong role models who can guide others.
Turning adversity into strength.
Currently piloted at Honouliuli Middle School — bringing hope, healing, and direction to youth who need it most.
